How I help
No fear tactics. No food morality. Just science translated into practical choices you can actually use.
Understand fasting glucose, post-meal spikes, insulin resistance, and the patterns behind your numbers.
Turn continuous glucose monitor data into useful experiments—not another source of anxiety or judgment.
Practical education and lifestyle support for managing appetite changes, side effects, nutrition, and muscle protection.
Personalized food and lifestyle strategies designed around your health, preferences, and actual daily life.
Learn what your body is telling you
The Sugar Savvy Nurse connects the dots between symptoms, lab trends, food, medications, hormones, and daily life—then turns that knowledge into realistic action.
Understand what fasting glucose, A1C, and post-meal blood sugar can tell you—and what questions to bring to your healthcare team.
Learn why the body may produce more insulin to keep blood glucose controlled and why insulin resistance is not a failure of willpower.
Explore how PCOS and insulin resistance can overlap without assuming that every person with PCOS has the same metabolic pattern.
Make sense of the cluster of risk factors involving blood pressure, blood sugar, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, and waist circumference.
Get practical support for nourishment, hydration, appetite changes, gastrointestinal side effects, and protecting muscle while using GLP-1 medication.
Use continuous glucose monitor trends to ask better questions and run useful experiments—without judging yourself by every rise and fall.
“I want you to understand your body well enough to stop feeling afraid of every number and every bite.”
